What we store
We store your account email, password hash, free and paid usage totals, subscription status, billing identifiers, and conversion metadata such as word count, channel, status, and timestamp. We also store the finished rewrite in your private output history. If you create a reusable voice profile, we store its name, tag, and writing samples until you delete that profile. Saved voice samples and finished output text are encrypted at rest.
What we do not store
The Claude source text you submit is processed transiently and is not written to your account history or application database. Optional direction and one-time voice samples are also not saved. Uploaded voice files are read as text; the original files are not retained. Only samples you deliberately save as a reusable voice profile persist.
How rewriting works
Your source, optional direction, and selected voice samples pass through our server to contracted third-party AI infrastructure to create the rewrite. Requests are configured not to be stored for product reuse or training. Limited abuse-monitoring retention may still apply under the infrastructure provider’s policy.
Payments and security
A third-party payment processor hosts checkout and billing management. We store billing identifiers and subscription state, not card numbers. Webhook signatures are verified before billing access changes. Passwords and MCP tokens are stored as one-way digests.
Operational data
We process IP addresses and request metadata for security, fraud prevention, and rate limiting. Sensitive rewrite parameters are filtered from application logs. Infrastructure providers may retain ordinary access logs and backups for limited operational periods.
Your choices
You can delete individual saved outputs and voice profiles from your workspace, revoke an MCP token, and cancel billing through the customer portal. To request complete account deletion, email support@claudewatermarkremoval.ai. Some billing and security records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
